YardMinto provides garden planning tools, product-type guides and a free directory. These terms apply when you use the site. Provider accounts also use the provider terms. The operator and applicable mandatory consumer rights must be assessed before launch.

Free platform, separately priced work

Browsing, calculators, material lists, PDF downloads, provider listings and direct contact are free. There is no platform subscription, lead fee, commission or payment-card requirement. Providers set their own prices for work; sellers price materials. Your mobile/data carrier or chosen messaging app may charge separately.

No order or hiring contract through the site

A selected type, PDF or message draft is not a purchase, reservation, binding quote or instruction to start work. You and a provider must agree the scope, materials, price, timing, permits and payment directly. We are not the employer, installer, insurer or a party to that agreement.

Planning limits

Calculations use your measurements and stated assumptions. Confirm real dimensions, bag volumes, supplier density, suitability, load limits and installation requirements. We do not supply structural, electrical, pesticide, soil-contamination or professional design advice. Licensing and permits depend on the task and location.

Permitted use

Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate a business, publish another person’s private information, send unsolicited bulk messages, exploit the service, manipulate listings or infringe rights. Provider account managers must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the business. The service is not directed to children.

Content and availability

Provider text belongs to its author, who permits us to display it while the listing is active. Your private project backups remain yours. We may restrict abusive listings under the published provider rules. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular search position, customers or project results.

Rights, responsibility and changes

Nothing here removes non-waivable rights, remedies or liability under applicable law. We do not insert compulsory arbitration or a selected governing court before the operator’s jurisdiction is confirmed. Material changes will be dated and communicated where appropriate; they will not retroactively create a fee or contract.
