Creating a listing requires an account, permission to represent the business and acceptance of these terms and the site terms. Public-contact permission is separate from these contractual terms.

What you can list

One accurate service listing per account, with a business/display name, US service-base ZIP, supported services, service radius and business email and optional phone. Do not publish a private street address or another person’s information. Do not make unsupported licensing, insurance, qualification or safety claims.

Publication and email checks

Listings become eligible for display only after email control is confirmed and the content is approved. New listings and edited content return to review. Email confirmation shows control of an email address at the time of the check; it does not verify identity, quality, licensing, insurance or WhatsApp availability. Paused, rejected and unapproved listings are hidden.

No fees or purchased position

There is no listing fee, lead charge, commission, bidding or paid priority. Your business remains independent and may advertise elsewhere. You choose your prices and availability; we do not coordinate prices or allocate customers among providers. You must obey applicable licensing, tax, employment, safety and consumer requirements.

Customer contact

Customers choose whether to email, call or open a WhatsApp draft. Do not use directory contact data for spam. Obtain any consent required for your own follow-up communications; public listing permission is not marketing consent.

Pause, removal and appeals

You can edit or pause your listing, or submit a deletion request. A deletion request immediately hides the listing and blocks editing while permanent removal is processed. Listing removal and account removal are separate requests. We may restrict deceptive, infringing, abusive, duplicated or unsafe listings. A report alone does not establish wrongdoing. You may request reasons, supply corrections and appeal through support. Urgent abuse may require immediate restriction. Moderation records are scheduled for removal after 180 days, subject to applicable legal preservation requirements. Live hosting backups follow the selected processor’s retention terms, which must be finalized before launch.

Public email addresses and phone numbers may be copied outside the site. Deletion cannot remove third-party copies. See the privacy notice for data categories and account-related records.
