YardMinto performs calculations in your browser. The operator and contact route are listed on the contact page. This private preview must not launch until those details and jurisdiction-specific disclosures are complete. The calculators have no analytics, ads, tracking pixels, external fonts, or third-party image requests. The free service directory stores provider listings in a shared database.
Saved projects
Saving a project stores its measurements, names, and prices in local storage on this browser. It does not create an account or sync across devices. Delete projects individually from My projects. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes them. If storage is unavailable, calculation and downloads still work.
Language preferences
With JavaScript enabled, supported browser language preferences select a translated entry page. An explicit language URL is respected. Manual language choice is saved in browser local storage when available and may also appear as a lang query parameter. No IP-based country lookup or external translation service is used. Clear site data to remove the saved choice. Without JavaScript, use the language menu. Content without an equivalent translation remains in English.
Material planning list
Selected product-type identifiers, quantities and optional technical specifications are stored in this browser when available. They do not create an order, retailer account or purchase history. The material-list page is excluded from search indexing. PDF generation happens in your browser. Clear the list from its page or clear site data to remove it.
Sharing a PDF through your device or opening a WhatsApp draft is optional. Your chosen app and recipient may retain the list. WhatsApp links include the selected types and quantities in the draft URL; opening the link shares that URL with WhatsApp. Files are not automatically attached and messages are not automatically sent. WhatsApp availability for a listed phone number is not verified.
Sharing and downloads
Share links encode the project in the URL fragment. We do not store a copy in an application database. Anyone who receives the link can open the project; avoid personal information in project or area names. Your browser, clipboard, downloads, backups, or chosen sharing service may retain a copy.
Free service directory
Provider listings store an account identifier, public business name, email, optional phone, description, services, ZIP-area center, service radius, listing consent time and update time. Only active, approved, email-confirmed listings are public. Providers can pause or delete their own listing. Sign-in is required to manage listings; customers can browse and call without an account. ZIP and optional device coordinates are used for searches and are not saved to a customer profile. Hosting logs may retain request metadata. Short-lived counters limit excessive listing changes.
Email addresses and optional phone numbers are deliberately public and may be copied by others. We show ZIP-area centers rather than private street addresses. Clicking a map link opens OpenStreetMap; their privacy practices apply. Listing removal does not erase copies made by third parties or ordinary hosting backups.
Account checks and email verification
Provider accounts can sign in using a one-time email code. Login email addresses remain private unless separately submitted as public listing contact details. We store the account email and a random account identifier; sessions expire after seven days and their tokens are stored only as digests. Cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. You can sign out or delete the email account and its listing. Security counters expire through scheduled maintenance. Sites private access may additionally require the hosting sign-in service until public launch is explicitly approved. We store email-control confirmation time, accepted provider-terms version/time and moderation state; public results omit account identifiers. On your request, an email delivery processor receives the email address and verification code. We store only a keyed code digest for up to 10 minutes; each code is single use. No SMS is used. Rate counters limit sends and checks. No marketing consent is inferred.
Cookies and choices
No analytics, advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking are included. Browser local storage supports your own saved projects and material list. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. Short-lived pseudonymous request counters may be used to protect account and search APIs from abuse. We do not sell personal data, sell customer leads or share personal data for targeted advertising. Third-party pages opened by you have their own policies.
Retention and requests
Keep a provider listing only while you want it displayed. You can pause, edit or delete it; a deletion request immediately hides the listing; permanent removal is processed separately, while limited review/security records and hosting backups may persist under the finalized retention schedule. Request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights using the contact route. We assess applicable law rather than assuming every visitor has identical statutory rights. We do not knowingly collect children’s information; provider account managers must be at least 18.
International processing
The service targets US users and may be administered from Türkiye. Hosting, authentication and an email delivery processor can involve processing in other countries. The operator must complete a data-flow, processor-contract and transfer-mechanism assessment before public launch. The public contact and operator identity are not optional.
Hosting
When the site is published, the hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. No project-data collection endpoint is included. Future analytics, advertising, or integrations will require an updated policy.
Registration email and deletion requests
When you save a provider listing, a transactional registration email includes a link to request listing removal. We use your verified login email, or a verified listing email where applicable. Opening the link does not submit a deletion request. Sign-in and explicit confirmation are required. Failed sends may be retried; no marketing subscription is created. A pending deletion immediately hides the listing. Permanent removal is processed separately.
Local shopping progress and project budgets
Purchase status, user-entered USD prices, delivery, labor and tax amounts, and project measurements and preferences are stored in this browser when storage is available. They are not automatically synchronized to an account or sent to a provider. Purchase-plan PDFs contain the selected status and budget information; review them before sharing. Clearing browser site data removes this local information.
