What “free” covers
Customers pay YardMinto nothing to browse, calculate, build a material list, download a PDF or contact a provider. Providers pay YardMinto nothing to create and manage a listing or receive contacts. No subscription, payment card, commission, lead sale or exclusive agreement is required.
What is separately priced
Provider labor, materials, delivery, permits and third-party mobile/data services are not supplied for free by YardMinto. Agree any work and price directly with the independent provider. The site does not accept payments or issue commercial quotes.
How listings are ordered
Only active, email-confirmed and approved listings are eligible. With a ZIP or location, results must fall within your radius and the provider’s service radius. They are ordered by approximate straight-line distance, then business name, then listing ID for ties. ZIP searches use area centers. Without location they are ordered by state, city, name, then ID. Results are limited to 50, and the result count explains when only the first 50 are shown.
Equal opportunity and independent competition
There are no sponsored provider positions or paid badges. Businesses are not required to buy materials through us, use exclusive prices, avoid competitors or exchange confidential commercial information. Neutral account, location, content and security rules apply to each listing. We do not publish competitor price coordination or divide territories.
Editorial and revenue transparency
There are currently no affiliate links, advertising trackers or paid product placements. Product types are not tested product rankings. If the business model changes, the policy and disclosures must be updated before a new commercial feature starts. Existing free-use promises cannot silently become a charge.
